We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover as forms of payment. It is our policy to not charge your credit card until we confirm that your order has shipped. We do, however, obtain an authorization on your card at the time of your order for the full amount of your order. Please note that this may appear temporarily as a charge on your account statement, but it is an authorization only and usually will go away after 24-48 hours.
Re-authorizations After the Initial Order
We also obtain authorizations for the outstanding balance of your order if a) your order partially ships or b) the existing authorization is about to expire. Should the re-authorization not be successful, we will contact you for new payment information. If we are not able to obtain a valid authorization, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or charge your card for the outstanding balance of your order. If, after we charge your card as a result of not being able to re-authorize, you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by phone at 305-395-7725 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will refund your card provided that your order has not yet shipped.
After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with us and don't get an confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there; otherwise, shoot us an email at orders@brandedgoodies and we'll re-send an order confirmation to your email immediately.
When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email that will allow you to track that order. Once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking information (if available).
Due to recent governmental legislation, depending on the state that Branded Goodies ships to, sales tax may be assessed to the subtotal of the goods that you are purchasing. If your state requires Branded Goodies to remit taxes to your state government, you will see a line item for taxes in your shopping cart. We are located in Florida so all Florida customers will be subject to sales tax and there are currently several states that do require Branded Goodies to charge sales tax.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.
U.S. Shipping Orders that qualify for 24hour production times will ship as soon as the order is paid for and approved. Customized items have different lead & production times. Shipping methods vary based on the in-hand date.
For customers living outside of the United States, we do recommend setting up a freight forwarding account with a U.S. based freight forwarder. Branded Goodies can ship to freight forwarding addresses and the customer can arrange to have those packages forwarded to a non U.S. address. Many customers do reserve a dedicated credit card for purchases that ship to a freight forwarder (having your freight forwarder address on file with the credit card company will minimize delays since customer addresses would be verified right away).
We want you to be happy with your order! Customized merchandise is not available for returns. If something is not correct with your order, do let us know so we can see how to best service your concerns.
Products without customizations must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
Branded Goodies cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.).
Returns can be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS (we do not accept CODs). Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. Once we receive your return, we do aim to process within 24 to 48 hours.
